“Before I started coaching with Maggie, I felt like I was living life in a bit of a fog. Maggie coached me about achieving my fitness goals. I was specifically struggling with weight gain and extra weight was making it difficult for rock climbing. She guided me to set measurable goals and we had a fortnightly session to review.  Specifically helped to organize my workout routine to a more manageable pace as I was doing too much of HIIT which was in the end negatively impacting my climbing as I was burned out.
