This coaching package is perfect for those new to coaching but eager to improve their health and wellness. The sessions will honour your body’s unique needs and will focus on creating healthy lifestyle habits.

3-Month Coaching Package – 1:1 sessions every two weeks for clients who are new to coaching but are ready to improve their overall health and wellness while honouring their body’s unique needs. We will do this by creating healthy lifestyle habits.

  • 1 x 60-75 minute initial session
  • 5 x 30-45 minute follow-up sessions
  • Introductory wellbeing assessment
  • Coaching workbook to use during each session
  • Kickstart quizzes to identify strengths and habit tendencies
  • Additional resources as needed (website links, videos, workbooks)
  • 3 months of unlimited email or text support between sessions (weekdays only)
  • Weekly accountability check in
